Dark humor meets awareness in the Don’t Mess With Me, I Killed My Own Pancreas tee. The front design makes a cheeky nod to the resilience (and sarcasm) of those living with diabetes.

The back features an awareness ribbon made entirely of insulin molecule structures, a nod to the hormone that keeps blood sugar in check and is essential for life.

Made from 100% cotton in navy or soft light blue (blue is the color for diabetes awareness), this unisex tee combines comfort, advocacy, and edge. Even better, there is a matching youth version, so kids and parents can coordinate while spreading awareness together.

Why You’ll Love It:

Edgy yet witty: “Don’t mess with me, I killed my own pancreas” paired with a pancreas graphic that says what every diabetic’s already thinking.
